This form allows participants to apply to present their speech at the September 21, 2023, Liberty Ladies Republican Club Speech Contest. Please complete all information requested. 

• Eligible applicants will be in the 6th, 7th, or 8th grade during the 2023/2024 school year. 

• Each participant will prepare a 3-4 minute speech on one idea or component of the US Constitution and why it is important in their life. 

• Note cards are allowed, but no additional media will be permitted.  

• The First Place Winner will receive a cash prize of $150, the Second Place Winner will receive $100, and the Third Place Winner will receive $50. 

Deadline to apply is midnight on Tuesday, August 15, 2023. No late applications will be accepted.  

A Learning and How To session will be conducted on Saturday, August 19, 2023. You will be notified by e-mail and text message the time and location.
